One Designed and produced prior to 1964, this is the "Technocrat" modular desk designed by Finn Juhl and produced by France & Son. Gorgeous solid rosewood and hypnotic rosewood veneers are artfully accented by the brushed steel legs and Juhls signature, brushed steel drawer pulls. This model features the main desk and a return along the left hand side. The genius of this design is that the entire desk can be reconfigured to accommodate the return on the right hand side by unbolting the drawer sections and repositioning the hardware on the opposite side. The return rests on two metal supports under the desk top and can be moved in or out depending on how much of it is needed. The feet are adjustable in height to compensate for uneven floors. The condition of this desk is wonderful with even color throughout. A slight shadow to the top is seen where there was a desk blotter used, but not very noticeable. There is no key provided for the desk at the present time, although we are trying to source one. The main desk measures 71" long by 31.5" deep by 28.5" tall and the return measures 58" long by 19.5" deep by 25" tall. Shipping will be $550-$600 professionally packaged by Plycon.
